The hotel is well-located with easy access to the public transportation. There are many shops, malls, and restaurants nearby within walking distance. All these help make things easier when you stay at Mason. Certainly, there are things which need improvement. For example, some room facilities are broken and are not fixed in a timely way. Room facilities should be inspected on a regular basis after guests have checked out, just to make sure they all function properly.
